Silver Peaks - 2Bed, Hot Tub, Ski-In/Ski-Out

Great place we would come again, Positive: great view easy access to ski slope easy access to shuttle bus kitchen extremely well stocked with utensils etc, easy access to ski store Negative: The second bedroom had little storage as drawers full of lamps etc Bed next to wall therefore difficult to get out of!

This was a great place to stay. Christine has great communication and is very prompt with any questions that come up.

An amazing stay in beautful Silver Peaks, with all the comforts of home in the mountains. Positive: Very comfortable and spacious apartment with amazing views from the balcony and master bedroom. We loved waking up to the beautiful colours of the sunrise over the horizon. Negative: The second bedroom blinds didn’t block the exterior lights which stayed on all night.

Positive: Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, very friendly, responsive and helpful manager. Negative: Dysfunctional entry lock and smoke alarm, both were fixed before our departure.

Nice roomy apartment well located in a beautiful ski village Positive: Roomy 2 bedroom apartment with well stocked kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Beds were very comfy. Negative: The overall cleanliness of the unit was ok but it definitely needs a deep clean. The kitchen cupboards and bathroom cupboards could be wiped out to remove crumbs and dirt. There were board games but they were a scrambled mess in the storage box and once sorted several pieces were missing from many games. Given the carpet in the unit it would be helpful to have a stick vacuum available for quick daily cleanups. The biggest frustration during the stay was with the communication with Booking.com and the host. We called days ahead to change our departure date and up to the morning we were leaving we had not been helped even though we did alter our dates on the Booking.com app. It would have been nice to have been refunded immediately instead of having to send multiple messages and emails. Also I would not recommend going to Silver Star in mid October if you are hoping for some activities. Absolutely everything in the village was closed.
